RT stepfanie tyler
Before I publish to Substack, I typically run my work through Claude to sanity-check citations, attribution, etc

Been working on a piece about the "greatest minds of all time" and the suggested edits were basically to remove Elon from my piece entirely... because readers might react to the name instead of the argument

The fact that Elon is perceived as being this polarizing pisses me off, but that's beside the point

I’m writing a piece on first-principles thinking across history and the main editorial suggestion is to... remove Elon... a modern figure who demonstrably applies the methods I'm referring to (at civilizational scale nonetheless)

I find it interesting that instead of checking for accuracy, Claude's editorial concern shifted from truth to audience response, which to be fair, is clearly how MSM functions

Ironically, it's the exact cognitive failure my piece is dissecting LOL

Anyway. I'm leaving him in. Fuck these crybabies.
